My brides embrace getting their wedding dress dirty, messing up their hair while rocking the dance floor with their besties, and crying all the happy tears because they will have experienced their wedding day to the fullest.
You’re only getting married once, and I want you to soak up all the moments of your wedding day rather than worry about the little details.
My photography combines editorial, artistic, and genuine portraiture and is a reflection of the individual vibe I get from each of my couples. Let’s get to know each other, create images that highlight who you are as a couple, and tell your one-of-a-kind love story.
I want to eliminate distractions and focus on emotions and moments.
Photography becomes fun for my couples once they let go of expectations and forget all about the camera
It would be impossible to describe my style in one paragraph because it's so fluent and depends greatly on the couples I work with. I love a classic and editorial high fashion look but also appreciate contagious laughter and raw, unposed moments.
moody &
ARTISTIC
No. 1
I love to experiment with tight crops, unconventional angles, flairs and reflections to enhance and highlight textures and dimensions while playing with light and shadow and achieve a nostalgic, almost painting-like look.
My goal is to create images I haven't seen or photographed before, photos that capture a truly unique, magical moment in time.
EMOTIVE &
HEARTFELT
No. 2
I want to go beyond the picture perfect pretty pose and instead capture pure emotions - Images you can feel.
There are few quiet moments on a wedding day but true connection can be found in the calm moments - once the surrounding noise falls away and my couples find peace on a hectic day in the arms of one another.
LAID BACK &
Fun
No. 3
However you decide to spend your wedding day - I'm up for anything!
Think of me as the fun aunt who'll cheer you on when you're heaving some wild fun while also making sure you have you back home by curfew.
ROMANTIC &
SUNKISSED
No. 4
Commonly the most beautiful natural light for wedding photography is golden hour light - the setting sun illuminates everything with a magical golden glow and creates an undeniably romantic look.
Immediately following golden hour is blue hour - which dips the subjects in an even, almost studio-like lighting that brings with it a more edgy, traditional look.
The sentence I hear most often before photos sessions - "we're so awkward"
boy, do I have good news for you. you have come to the right place because I am the queen of awkward! I get it, you're not a model and you don't know what to do with your hands but that's what i'm here for!
Embrace the awkwardness and trust that I will capture you looking natural and like your true selves
After over 10 years of photographing weddings, I have seen all the pretty decorations, the picturesque landscapes, expensive dresses and Pinterest worthy poses, but what excites me most is capturing connections between people.
My story-telling is not limited in any way, shape or form.
Wether you're having a traditional Catholic ceremony, colorful Hindu wedding, extravagant same-sex wedding or non-traditional elopement, I'lll be honored to capture your one-of-a-kind day filled with unique influences, your favorite people and most of all unforgettable moments.
